BigBoy Strawberry Pie
- two tbsp. cornstarch
- one ea. sugar
- one ea. the water
- half package strawberry gelatin
- one 9-inch pie crust baked, cooled
- whipped topping
Mix cornstarch and sugar together. Mix in a saucepan with water. Cook, stirring, until thickened, three to five minutes. Remove from fire. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Mix the berries in the gelatin before placing them in the pie shell. Pour into the pie shell
let cool two yo three or 3 hours. Garnished with whip topping.
