- one cup all-purpose flour
- half teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
To making purple cookies, combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Heat the blueberries for one to two minutes in the microwave, stirring after every thirty second interval.
In bowl, beat butter and sugar to light & fluffy. Stir in blueberries & continue beating at high speed.
Stirring in the dry ingredients to blended.
Stirring in white chocolate chips.
Shape eleven balls or a scoop with a rolling pin and place on a baking sheet.
Place in the freezer for about fifteen mn and preheat the oven to four hundred F.
Bake for ten to thirteen minutes to edges are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for five to ten minutes before placing on a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
