ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOM
- five hundred g button mushrooms
- six garlic cloves
- one tablespoon of flour
- a little olive oil
- juice of one whole lemon
- salt and pepper
To preparing your garlic mushrooms:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Peel the 6 cloves of garlic and chop them finely.
Fry the garlic in the pan for two minutes without letting it burn.
Chop the parsley and add it to the pan with the mushrooms.
Add the flour and stir until you get a paste.
Gradually add the water and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Simmer for about ten minutes, adding water if the sauce is too thick.
