Ingredients:
  • one kg of potatoes
  • one hundred fifty gr of garlic & fine herbs cheese (such as Boursin, Mme Loïc)
  • twenty five cl fresh liquid cream
  • twenty five g butter
  • one clove of garlic
  • Salt pepper
Preparation
In saucepan, heat the whip cream, butter and garlic & herb cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Peel & cut the potatoes to slices and place them in a gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove of garlic.
Pour preparation on top and bake for fifty mn at 180°C.
