- one kg of potatoes
- one hundred fifty gr of garlic & fine herbs cheese (such as Boursin, Mme Loïc)
- twenty five cl fresh liquid cream
- twenty five g butter
- one clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
In saucepan, heat the whip cream, butter and garlic & herb cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Peel & cut the potatoes to slices and place them in a gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove of garlic.
Pour preparation on top and bake for fifty mn at 180°C.
